The parts-request form collects the name, email, optional phone, vehicle information, requested-part details and optional photo you choose to provide. These details are used to assess and respond to your request.

In this implementation, request details and uploaded photos are stored privately in this website’s private request database and are accessible to site administrators. Requests are not published. A short-lived hashed connection identifier helps limit automated submissions. Uploaded photos are accessible only to the site owner. The website host may process ordinary connection logs. eBay handles activity after you follow an eBay link under its own policies. To ask about access, correction or deletion of a request, use the contact page and identify the email used for your request. Do not send payment details or identification documents.
